Mercer named Singapore’s top HR management consulting firm

Mercer has been named Singapore’s top HR Management Consulting Firm for the second year in a row.

Held for the 19th time this year, the HR Vendors of the Year Awards recognize Singapore’s leading vendor organizations to the CHRO and the HR function, including consulting firms, IT companies, headhunters, training groups, and other service providers. Awards were handed out in over 30 different categories.

Building on its triumph in 2023, Mercer has once again bagged the award in the category ‘HR Management Consulting’, ahead of SHL and Visi Intergroup.

With over 25,000 employees in over 130 counties, Mercer is one of the largest HR consulting companies in the world. The firm enjoys a leading reputation in most of the markets it operates in, according to pan-regional industry rankings such as those from Consultancy.org and Vault.

Alongside the flagship management consulting award, Mercer at the ceremony also took home the awards for ‘Best Corporate Wellness Provider’, ‘Best Innovation for HR’, and ‘Best Psychometric Testing Provider’. The firm’s technology arm meanwhile won two categories: ‘Best Employee Engagement Software’ and ‘Best Employee Feedback and Recognition Platform’.
