TH Global Capital ranked among top 10 M&A advisors in technology sector
TH Global Capital, a global boutique investment bank with a presence in 14 countries, has added another award to its growing list of recognitions – now being named a Top 10 M&A Advisor by Venture Intelligence.
The annual League Tables from Venture Intelligence rank advisors based on the value of India-linked mergers & acquisitions (M&A) completed during the calendar year. TH Global Capital was named the winner in the category Transaction Advisor – Mergers & Acquisitions in the Technology sector.
The recognition is driven by the firm’s track record of closing transactions with Indian-origin buyers or sellers, notably four cross-border technology transactions closed in 2025:

TH Global Capital advised Australia-based cybersecurity provider The Missing Link on its strategic sale to Infosys.
TMLabs – Coforge
TH Global Capital advised Australia-based ServiceNow Elite Partner TMLabs on its strategic sale to Coforge.
TestDevLab – Xoriant
TH Global Capital advised Baltic-based AI-led quality engineering and software development company TestDevLab on its strategic sale to Xoriant.
