Argon & Co launches 8th Asia-Pacific office in Kuala Lumpur
Argon & Co, a global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation, has launched a new office in Malaysia, its 8th in Asia-Pacific.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, the new office represents the next step in Argon & Co’s strategy and long-term investment in Asia.
“This move reflects Argon & Co’s long-term commitment to Asia and our focus on doing more for our clients,” said Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner of Argon & Co in Asia-Pacific. “By opening the office in Malaysia, we are extending our reach while maintaining the culture, values and ways of working that define Argon & Co globally.”
Headquartered in Europe, Argon & Co has more than 850 consultants and staff, operating across 19 global offices. The private-equity backed firm has grown strongly over the past years through a combination of buy-and-build (over 15 deals closed since 2020) and a targeted approach of organic expansion into new markets.
“Opening an office in Malaysia allows us to be closer to our clients and better meet their needs across the region,” said Greg O’Shea, who has been appointed to lead the Kuala Lumpur venture. A supply chain leader with more than 30 years of experience across Asia, the US and Australia, O’Shea brings specialist knowledge across operations, strategy and transformation, as well as a strong track record of building high performing teams.
“By combining local capability with Argon & Co’s global experience, we can deliver immediate, practical impact while staying true to our shared approach,” he said.
Argon & Co’s other Asian offices are in Hong Kong, Mumbai and Singapore, while the firm also has four offices in Australia and New Zealand.
