Crowe’s business in Singapore acquired by Acclime
The Singapore business of Crowe, one of the leading players in the local market, has been acquired by Acclime.
Acclime already has a business in Singapore, and with this acquisition, the company becomes one of the largest professional services firms in Singapore. The deal also expands and deepens the firm’s offerings in areas such as assurance, tax, advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory.
In business for over two decades, the Crowe team crossing to Acclime is led by 24 Partners and Directors and a team of just over 100 professionals. The business has over the years won multiple awards for client impact, growth, and employee culture.
“Joining Acclime allows us to bring our clients into a broader ecosystem of expertise and innovation,” said Tan Kuang Hui, Managing Partner of Crowe in Singapore. “We share a strong commitment to quality and client partnership and now have the scale and reach to deliver enhanced value both locally and regionally.”
Acclime was founded in 2019 and has since grown into a regional powerhouse with over 2,000 people across 28 offices in 18 countries.
“This acquisition transforms our scale, capability, and client value proposition in Singapore,” said Izzy Silva, Group CEO of Acclime. “Crowe is one of the Singapore’s trusted names in the market, and together we’ve created a platform that fundamentally elevates what clients can expect from a regional partner: technical excellence, institutional-grade fund administration, and integrated solutions that work across borders.”
For Acclime, the acquisition comes hot on the heels of two acquisitions in Australia and its organic expansion into South Korea.
