Inverto expands Southeast Asia presence with new office in Bangkok
Inverto, the procurement and supply chain subsidiary of Boston Consulting Group, has launched a new office in Thailand.
The new office in Thailand’s capital city Bangkok becomes the third for Inverto in Asia, alongside Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, which both launched in the summer of 2024. The expansion comes months after Inverto announced its new growth-oriented strategy, with Asia-Pacific earmarked as a key region for growth.
Founded in 2000 in Germany, Inverto specializes in procurement and supply chain consulting services. The firm, which has been part of strategy consulting powerhouse Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 2017, currently has over 700 experts across 20 offices worldwide.
The move into Thailand means that Inverto now has a strong coverage in Southeast Asia, with further expansion in Asia on the table for the years ahead. In sync, Inverto also launched a new office in Berlin (its 5th in Germany) and in Riyadh, te latter marking its entry into the Middle East.
“We are expanding in direct response to growing client demand,” says Daniel Weise, CEO of Inverto. “Opening these new offices is not just a milestone for the business, but a reflection of the rising importance of procurement across every industry.”
“Procurement plays a critical role for businesses. It has become a board-level priority and enables true competitive advantage,” Weise continues. “Procurement today is about more than just cost savings – it’s about solving the biggest business challenges, building resiliency, driving sustainability, innovation, and create lasting competitive advantage.”
