AlixPartners promotes Matt Hinds to Asia co-lead of Turnaround & Restructuring

Global consulting firm AlixPartners has promoted Singapore-based Partner & Managing Director Matt Hinds as co-lead of its Turnaround & Restructuring practice in Asia. He holds the role alongside consulting veteran Lian Hoon Lim.

Matt Hinds brings over 25 years of international experience in restructuring, interim leadership, and board-level advisory roles to the position. Throughout his career, he has led numerous high-profile restructuring cases, most recently leading the restructuring of Noble Resources, a global commodities trading company, where he served as Executive Chairman and delivered a successful turnaround and subsequent transaction for all stakeholders.

Hinds has been with AlixPartners since 2023, when he joined following the firm’s acquisition of THM Partners.

“I’m excited to take on this new role and to work alongside Lian Hoon. Together, we will be able to grow our client relationships across Asia and help them navigate their most complex restructuring and transformation challenges – and deliver results that endure,” said Hinds.
