Andersen Global strengthens presence in Cambodia, Mongolia and Vietnam
Global advisory and tax network Andersen Global has in recent weeks strengthened its presence in three Asian countries: Cambodia, Mongolia and Vietnam.
In Cambodia and Vietnam, the practices of VDB Loi have become members of Andersen Global and adopted the firm’s brand. VDB Loi is an Asian professional services firm with around 100 staff across offices in six countries – its other hubs are in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Laos, and Myanmar.
The two new Andersen Global country practices have been in business for more than 10 years and deliver a suite of advisory, tax and legal services, in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate, taxation, transfer pricing, and disputes & litigation.
“In becoming a member firm of Andersen Global, we bolster our ability to deliver integrated, best-in-class service throughout Cambodia and Vietnam,” said Edwin Vanderbruggen, Senior Partner at VDB Loi. “Our adoption of the Andersen Global brand also accelerates our growth, positioning us to navigate the intricacies of the market with unparalleled expertise.”
Meanwhile, in Mongolia, Andersen Global has welcomed collaborating firm Taxand Advisory to its ranks.
Taxand Advisory was established in 2023 to deliver integrated and independent tax solutions to domestic clients and foreign investors. Led by managing partner Enkhjavkhlan Tseyen, the firm provides corporate tax advisory and compliance, tax review, litigation, transfer pricing, VAT, and due diligence for both multinational and domestic clients.
“We pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ needs by leveraging our local market expertise,” said Tseyen. “Our collaboration with Andersen Global enhances our firm’s resources and reinforces our vision of providing seamless service to clients throughout Asia and globally.”
Mark Vorsatz, Global Chairman and CEO of Andersen Global, said: “These agreements strategically positions our organization for continued expansion throughout Southeast Asia.”
