L.E.K. appoints partners in Seoul, Shanghai and Singapore

Global management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has appointed 18 new partners globally, including three partners in Asia: Sinho Bae, Arathi Sasidharan and Evan Zeng.

Sinho Bae

Has been with L.E.K. Consulting since: 2013

A founding member of the Seoul office, Sinho Bae joined L.E.K. Consulting from Monitor Group shortly after it was acquired by Deloitte (now Monitor Deloitte). Over the past seven years, he has advised clients on corporate growth strategies, value enhancement and mergers & acquisitions across different industries, mainly in the consumer products and retail sectors.

Bae has particular expertise in value creation across the M&A transaction cycle, including commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, portfolio value enhancement and exit supports. 

Arathi Sasidharan

Arathi Sasidharan is a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Life Sciences & Healthcare practice in Asia Pacific. With over a decade of experience across Southeast Asia, India and the US, her expertise extends across growth strategy development, go-to-market planning, product launch and market access strategy, portfolio optimisation, commercial model development, digital health opportunities and mergers & acquisitions. 

She specialises in advising pharmaceutical companies on navigating the complex Southeast Asian and broader Asia-Pacific healthcare landscape. Prior to joining L.E.K., Sasidharan earned an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, having previously worked for ZS Associates.

Evan Zeng

Has been with L.E.K. Consulting since: 2017

A member of the Life Sciences practice, Evan Zeng advises pharmaceutical, medical technology and health and wellness clients on topics including strategy, organisation and operations, as well as on emerging technologies such as e-Health. Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting in 2017, Zeng served design consultancy IDEO and strategy consulting firm Boston Consulting Group for four years in China.

At the same time last year during L.E.K. Consulting’s annual promotion round, the consultancy admitted Yuta Inokuhi, Eric Wang and Charles Dirrig into its Asian partnership.
