Professional services group InCorp announces its rebrand to Ascentium
InCorp, a Singapore-headquartered professional services group, has announced its rebrand to Ascentium.
Founded in 2015, InCorp has since its inception grown into a leading corporate services and business advisory provider across the Asia-Pacific region. The firm has around 1,500 people working across offices in eight countries throughout the region.
InCorp provides a broad range of integrated services spanning corporate solutions, accounting & tax, HR & payroll, business advisory, risk assurance & audit, and private client services. Its offering focuses on supporting businesses with company establishment as well as their ongoing operational and financial management.
Following its acquisition by Ascentium in 2025, InCorp is now transitioning to its parent company’s brand, in a move described as “an exciting next step” that “strengthens our brand and client service” across the region.
“This transition marks an exciting next step for our firm, strengthening the support we provide to clients while connecting them to a broader global business services network,” InCorp stated. “As Ascentium, we’re backed by a global advisory platform spanning 58 cities, giving our clients access to broader specialist expertise and international capability whenever it’s needed.”
Ascentium was founded in 2024 and is led by co-founder and Group Chief Executive Lennard Yong, the former CEO of Tricor (now Vistra). Backed by investment firm Hillhouse, Ascentium has made more than a dozen acquisitions since its formation, rapidly expanding to more than 3,000 professionals across 26 global markets.
“While our brand is changing, what matters most isn’t,” InCorp stated. “Clients will continue working with the same local team, receiving the same personalised advice and practical support. Whether their ambitions are local, national, or global, they’ll still have the same trusted advisers who understand their business, but now with more resources and expertise behind them.”
Over the coming months, the brand transition will be completed on a country-by-country basis across InCorp’s markets.
