CBRE appoints Abhishek Bajpai as Head of Client Engagement for Asia Pacific

CBRE has appointed industry veteran Abhishek Bajpai as Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement for Asia Pacific.

Based in Singapore, Bajpai will join the global real estate consultancy CBRE on May 1 and report to Tom Gaffney, Regional Managing Director and Head of Leasing for Asia Pacific.

Bajpai brings more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience with a track record in building and scaling enterprise occupier accounts across multiple markets. Over his career, he has led more than 500 projects and secured multiple high-profile mandates from international clients across Asia Pacific and global markets.

Prior to rejoining CBRE, Bajpai served as Managing Director and Asia Pacific Head of Leasing and Occupier Solutions at EQT Real Estate. He previously spent nearly 18 years at Colliers, where he led the firm’s occupier services platform across the region, including tenant representation, account management, workplace advisory and lease administration.
