Renoir Consulting rebrands as YCP Renoir six months after joining YCP

Six months after joining YCP, Renoir Consulting has formally incorporated its parent company’s name into its brand, and will now operate as YCP Renoir.

In October 2025, YCP and Renoir Consulting announced they were joining forces, significantly strengthening their combined consulting capabilities and international footprint.

Established in 1994, Renoir Consulting specialises in operational excellence, helping clients enhance productivity and deliver sustainable business improvements through hands-on execution and behavioural change. The Singapore-headquartered firm has around 350 consultants working across offices in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

YCP is one of Asia’s leading homegrown management consulting firms, with more than 500 consultants operating from 20 offices worldwide. While rooted in Asia, the consulting firm also maintains a presence in markets beyond the region.

Yuki Ishida, Director and CEO of YCP, said: “With its proven expertise in driving operational improvements and corporate transformation across a wide spectrum of industries, Renoir Consulting is an excellent partner that brings new capabilities to YCP. Through this integration, we will further expand our ability to provide end-to-end support – from strategy formulation to execution and continuous improvement – and accelerate our growth as a professional firm leading Asia.”

That six-month integration process has now been completed, with Renoir Consulting taking on the YCP Renoir brand. The move mirrors the approach previously taken with Auctus Advisors – an Indian-origin consulting group that YCP acquired in 2022 and today operates under the name YCP Auctus.

As part of the transition, Renoir Consulting’s ESG subsidiary will be integrated into YCP’s Sustainability division, while its mining sector performance improvement unit (Unison Mining Consulting) will be rebranded as YCP Unison.

“We are excited to join YCP,” said Krishna Paupamah, Founder and CEO of YCP Renoir. “There is significant synergy between our firms in terms of services, geographic footprint, and growth opportunities. Both organisations have strong roots in Asia, complemented by operations in Europe and the Americas. Our capabilities are highly complementary, and we share a similar structure and culture.”

Operational Excellence division

YCP Renoir will serve as the anchor for YCP’s newly launched Operational Excellence division, which focuses on delivering end-to-end performance improvement services.

The division offers capabilities including operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimisation, and large-scale performance acceleration, combining strategic advisory with hands-on implementation to help organisations translate strategy into measurable results.
