Arthur D. Little appoints Chui Lee as Global Leader of Transformation practice
Arthur D. Little has appointed Chui Lee as Managing Partner and Global Leader of its Transformation practice. She is based out of the firm’s Singapore office.
Chui Lee joins Arthur D. Little from Kearney, where she was a partner and led major transformations, with a focus on strategy and operations in the consumer packaged goods industry. She also advises senior leaders on business operations, organizational design, and organizational change.
Prior to this, Lee worked for leadership advisory company Russell Reynolds Associates, supporting clients in building effective, high-performing boards and senior leadership teams. Her industry background includes six years in financial services and engineering companies.
In her new role at Arthur D. Little, Lee will focus on growing the Transformation practice, overseeing teams around the world.

The Singapore operation of Arthur D. Little was established in 2002. Since then, it has developed into one of the firm’s key hubs within its broader Asia Pacific network.
