Deloitte appoints Ramon Chito Ramos as Country Leader for the Philippines

Big Four firm Deloitte has appointed Ramon Chito Ramos as its new Country Leader for the Philippines, succeeding Eric Landicho.

In his new role, Ramos leads a team of close to 30 partners and over 1,000 professionals in working in audit, tax, consulting, and technology. He previously was Leader of the Technology & Transformation practice, managing large-scale technology projects across industries with a focus on digital strategy, enterprise modernization, and AI integration.

“I am honored to serve as Country Leader and I am excited to lead the practice into our next chapter of growth. I look forward to working with our talented teams to further strengthen our market position,” said Ramos.

One of the key goals of Ramos will be to continue the firm’s expansion in the areas of management consulting and technology consulting. The focus of this expansion drive will lie on services such as emerging technologies, ERP systems, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and managed services.

Landicho has been with Deloitte for more than 20 years and led the business for 8 years. “It was a fulfilling eight years as the Philippines Country Leader. Chito led high performing teams to serve our clients across Southeast Asia. I am confident that his leadership team will bring energy, vision and a passion for innovation and transformation, qualities that will help lead Deloitte into its next chapter in the Philippines,” he said.
