Capgemini acquires 1,600-person cloud services business Cloud4C
Global technology consulting firm Capgemini has acquired Cloud4C, a Singapore-headquartered IT and cloud managed services provider.
Founded in 2014, Cloud4C helps clients to develop and implement their cloud strategy through consulting, migration, technology and solutions. The company, which has 1,600 professionals across offices in 29 countries spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, also provides services such as process automation, disaster recovery, data loss prevention, business continuity, cybersecurity, industry and sovereign cloud.
Cloud4C has strong relationships with key technology vendors and hyperscalers, most notably SAP – the firm is a global premium partner for the RISE and S/4 HANA systems.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in the coming months, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
Earlier this year, Capgemini also acquired WNS for $3.3 billion, adding 65,000 people worldwide to its footprint.
