Deloitte launches Amplify internship program for graduates in Southeast Asia

Global audit and advisory firm Deloitte has launched a new internship program for graduates in Southeast Asia.

Branded as ‘Amplify’, the new program has been designed to help graduates kickstart their career in professional services. With over 457,000 staff worldwide, and offices in every Southeast Asian country, Deloitte is one of the leading players in the professional services landscape.

The program will start with two intakes in 2025, accepting up to 1,000 interns in total across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. They will receive technical and soft skills training as well as hands-on experience in areas such as accounting and reporting assurance, strategy and business design, business tax, cyber, and more.

Following the completion of the 12-week program, the top performers among the graduates will be offered full-time employment at Deloitte.

Amplify is open to graduating university students from all disciplines, as well as graduates with less than three years of work experience. Key is that they have a passion for professional services, particularly in areas such as audit, accounting, tax, consulting or technology.
