Aon appoints Puneet Swani as Head of Talent Solutions for Asia Pacific

Global human capital and insurance company Aon has appointed Puneet Swani as the new Head of Talent Solutions for the Asia Pacific region, effective immediately.

Based in Singapore, Puneet Swani brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources consulting to his new role. His career includes leadership positions at Hewitt Associates (which was acquired by Aon in 2010 for close to $5 billion) and Mercer, where he most recently served as Senior Partner for the International Region.

At Aon, he will lead the firm’s talent solutions, which span advisory services, products, and technology solutions such as assessments. He will collaborate closely with Aon other practices such as Talent, Health, and Wealth Solutions to deliver an integrated offering to clients across the region.

Swani will report to Tim Dwyer, Aon’s Head of Human Capital for Asia Pacific.
