Kayana Solutions taps Accenture as partner for new digital factory
Kayana Solutions, a digital transformation company in the Philippines, has agreed a strategic collaboration with Accenture aimed at establishing and building a new ‘digital factory’ for the MVP Group.
Launched earlier this year by the MVP Group, a conglomerate that owns numerous companies in the Philippines, Kayana Solutions is a subsidiary that specializes in digital product development and digital experiences. The Manila-based company focuses on four domains: data, generative AI, payments, and identity management.
Working together with Accenture, Kayana Solutions will develop a digital factory – a center of excellence that will bring together digital and technology skills from Kayana Solutions and ecosystem partners to power its mission.
“Digital is charting the economic future of the Philippines as with most countries in the world, and we are committed to creating new ways in which Filipinos can realize its benefits. Establishing Kayana Solutions is about delivering on this promise,” said Manny Pangilinan, Chairman and CEO of Kayana Solutions. “The digital factory will deliver hyper-personalized experiences that meet the needs of Filipinos.”
The digital factory will leverage Accenture’s strengths in creating data-and-AI-led customer experiences and in cloud-based solutions. Accenture will oversee brand strategy, product research and user interface (UI) / user experience (UX) design for Kayana Solutions, delivered by teams from its Consulting, Technology and Song divisions.
Commenting on the project, Ambe Tierro, Country Managing Director of Accenture in the Philippines said: “We are proud to collaborate with the MVP Group and bring together the best of Accenture’s services and capabilities to support the MVP Group in creating value for Filipino enterprises and consumers.”
Kayana Solutions is backed by investments from PLDT, Meralco, and Metro Pacific Investments Corporation.
