Projects consultancy TBH promotes Trevor Lam to partner

International project management consultancy TBH has appointed Trevor Lam to its partner team in Asia.

Based in Singapore, Trevor Lam brings over 20 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls and forensic delay analysis to the partnership, the last 17 of which he gained at TBH.

During his career Lam has worked on large-scale transport infrastructure projects, power plant projects, oil & gas projects, mixed-used developments and data centres, across Asia, Australia, Greece, the United Kingdom and Dubai. His clients include private developers, owners, main contractors, sub-contractors and government agencies.

Specialising in the administration of time related claims, either preparing or assessing Extension of Time (EOT) and disruption claims – with the intent of avoiding disputes – Lam is a testifying Delay Expert in arbitration and Court proceedings on matters across various project types and industry sectors.
