1POA Services joins ASEAN professional services group OneSMP

ASEAN based accounting and business advisory group OneSMP has expanded its footprint in Vietnam with the admission of 1POA Services into its network. 

Since its inception, OneSMP has grown into a network of affiliated professional services firms across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei, Laos and Myanmar. 

The latest member to join its ranks is 1POA Services, which has been in business in Vietnam since 2017. 1POA is a management consulting firm specialising in business consulting, corporate services and legal advisory. The firm, which has just under 10 professionals in Vietnam, also supports its clients with investment consultancy, mergers & acquisitions, labour matters, commercial contracts and dispute resolutions. 

“1POA Services is a one-stop management consulting firm providing customised solutions that help our clients achieve their full business potential,” said Truong Hoang Dat, the firm’s Managing Partner. According to him, joining OneSMP will enable the firm to expand its network of clients, build an “end-to-end capability” and exchange knowledge with likeminded peers and professionals.
