Chui Lee re-joins Kearney as a partner in Singapore
Five years after departing Kearney, Chui Lee has re-joined the global strategy and management consulting firm in its Singapore office.
Appointed a Partner in the firm’s Retail and Consumer Goods industry practice, Chui Lee will advise boards and (senior) management on topics including strategic operations, supply chain management, operational excellence and procurement.
She joins the consulting firm from Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was an Executive Director focused on helping clients with their leadership and talent challenges. In the role, she advised corporates and private equity firms on succession planning, leadership search and capability building.
Previously, she had a 12-year stint at Kearney (at the time A.T. Kearney), where she held roles of increasing responsibility across the firm’s offices in New York, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Most recently, she served as a Principal in the Consumer Goods and Strategic Operations practices in New York.
Chui also worked in Hong Kong for two years as the Asia Pacific Business Manager (excluding Japan) for Equity Derivatives at BNP Paribas, and as an engineer at Bechtel International Corporation in Singapore, where she kickstarted her career.
Chui Lee holds a Bachelor in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
Across Southeast Asia, Kearney has offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. The region is led by Utsav Garg, who has been with the firm since 2007 and was installed in the role in October 2019.
According to Kearney’s latest Global Cities Index, Singapore is the world’s ninth most ‘globalised’ city.
