David Rogers and Marcus Consolini join Quinlan & Associates
Asian financial services consultancy Quinlan & Associates has added two partners to its team: David Rogers and Marcus Consolini.
David Rogers brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the consulting firm, holding senior roles with leading institutions in the region and the UK. Most recently, Rogers led 23rd Parallel, a consulting boutique he launched on the back of an extensive career in industry.
Rogers previously the APAC Head of Trading at State Street Global Advisors, where he oversaw Fixed Income, Equity, Currency, and Derivatives execution. Prior to that, he was responsible for electronic trading, market structure, and platforms at Fidelity Management & Research, and served Deutsche Bank as Head of Asia Portfolio Sales and Trading. Earlier in his career, he worked for UBS and Goldman Sachs in London.
Marcus Consolini similarly brings a strong background in financial services to Quinlan & Associates. Most recently, he led Odyssey Capital, a diversified alternative asset manager with in excess of $500 million of assets under management. He was also the Asian Head of Trading, Electronic Execution, Cross-Asset Execution, Account Management, and Corporate Access for J.P. Morgan, Macquarie Group, and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking.
In between his banking stint, former US army officer Consolini was Head of Asia for Ullink – now part of Itiviti, and Global Head of Sales & Marketing for the Broker/Dealer Division at SWIFT, having previously served Deloitte in the US.
Based in Hong Kong, Quinlan & Associates is a management consulting firm dedicated to financial institutions. The firm was founded in 2016 by Benjamin Quinlan, a former Oliver Wyman and PwC consultant.
