Deloitte bags trio of ServiceNow Asia Pacific annual partner awards
Deloitte has received a record number of ServiceNow partner of the year awards at the enterprise software firm’s global partner summit, with the two firms also signing a deal on greater collaboration.
Big Four professional services firm Deloitte has been recognised with a trio of Asia Pacific regional partner of the year awards issued by workflow software company ServiceNow, earning the title of Asia Pacific Industry Solutions, Transformation and Employee Workflow Partner of the Year Partner of the Year. Deloitte also took the global awards in the transformation and employee workflow categories.
Founded by in 2004 by Fred Luddy, with former Bain & Company CEO John Donahoe at the helm, ServiceNow provides cloud-based digital workflow platforms, with the firm last year cracking $2.6 billion in revenues and Donahoe noted as being the highest paid Silicon Valley CEO with respect to total compensation in 2017. ServiceNow was named by Forbes as the world’s most innovative company in 2018.
Announced at ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2019 conference, Deloitte’s record number of awards (further named Americas Employee Workflow Partner of the Year, while rivals KPMG and EY respectively won the Americas partner of the year and transformation partner awards) follows on from the firm being named EMEA Transformation Partner of the Year at the ServiceNow Partner Summit in March.“We are thrilled to be honored as ‘partner of the year’ in six categories and extremely proud of the relationship we've built with ServiceNow over the years,” said Den Roenfeldt, principal with Deloitte Consulting in the US. “These awards from ServiceNow demonstrate our team's capabilities to reimagine the flow of work for our clients by improving the human experience and delivering real value with their digital transformation journeys.”
Further to the awards, which celebrate business innovation and product line expansion among other factors, Deloitte and ServiceNow also signed a new strategic agreement at the Knowledge 2019 conference to “jointly develop, coordinate and bring to market new products, assets and solutions” built on ServiceNow’s Now Platform, which allows enterprises to build unique, tailored apps across industries.

According to a statement, the initial priority industry sectors will include government and public services, telecommunications, media and high tech, life sciences, banking, energy, healthcare and manufacturing among others, and Deloitte will serve as the Lead Launch Partner for ServiceNow’s Finance Operations Management product – with Paypal an early adopter of its first Finance Close Automation application.
