BrazilLanciaConsult welcomes Laura Hall and Si Ngah Leong to Singapore team
LanciaConsult, a Singapore-founded professional services firm with branches in the UK and Germany, has welcomed two new experienced consultants to its Singapore office: Laura Hall and Si Ngah Leong.
Founded by two former Accenture executives in 2012 – Jeffrey Cronkshaw and Isabella Jeng – LanciaConsult provides services in business case design and delivery, solution architecture expertise, systems implementations and management, and management and technology consulting among other areas to numerous industries – including the health, logistics, pharmaceutical, utilities, and retail sectors.
Since its inception, the firm has grown to more than two dozen executives and professionals across an expanded footprint in Singapore, Germany (Hamburg) and the UK (London and Bristol). Continuing that trend, LanciaConsult has over the past month welcomed two more senior consultants, with Si Ngah Leong joining as a Principal and Laura Hall coming aboard as a Managing Consultant in the firm’s Singapore office.
Laura Hall, PMP (a certified Project Management Professional), joins LanciaConsult following a three and a half year stint as a project manager and senior project manager with Cognizant in the UK, where she oversaw complex, multi-million dollar end-to-end transformation projects for clients including London Heathrow Airport and British Airways. A certified professional Scrum Master, PRINCE2 and ITIL Professional, Hall earlier spent nearly five years in various roles with IBM in the UK – after having graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Marketing from the University of Brighton.
Si Ngah Leong, meanwhile, continues the firm’s strong tradition of Accenture alumnus, crossing to LanciaConsult as a Principal after nearly eight and a half years with the digital giant’s Management Consulting division, most recently as a Manager. Leong, too, has certification as a Professional Scrum Master I, and lists business strategy and business process improvement among her areas of expertise – having been with Accenture since graduating a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology with honours from the University of Singapore in 2010.

Following the launch of its first office in Singapore’s Central Business District in 2013 – at 50 Raffle’s Place just stone’s throw from the city’s iconic Marina Bay – LanciaConsult followed up with the establishment of locations in London and Hamburg over the next two and a half years – having since added a further UK office in Bristol toward the end of last year, with offices also now in Edinburgh and Hong Kong. Along the way, the firm has formed strategic global partnerships with Amazon Web Services and Oracle (as a Gold Partner) among others.
