Prophet appoints BCG partner Daniel Jarosch to leadership team
International consulting firm Prophet has strengthened its senior team in Asia Pacific with Daniel Jarosch, who joins from strategy giant Boston Consulting Group.
With around 500 people working from 15 offices around the world, Prophet is one of the world’s larger marketing, branding and creative consultancies. Its clients include names such as AB InBev, PepsiCo, The North Face, Samsung, Marriott, Google, Netflix, Amazon, and UBS.
Appointed a Senior Partner, based out of Sydney, Daniel Jarosch becomes one of the most senior members in the firm’s Asia Pacific business, which operates with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai.
Jarosch brings more than two decades of experience as a CEO, founder, and advisor to management teams across Asia Pacific. Most recently, he was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with executives to drive growth strategy, portfolio innovation, technology enablement and AI-enabled transformation.
As an entrepreneur, he has founded and scaled multiple companies through trade sale and public listings, including brandsExclusive (sale) Marley Spoon (IPO). Earlier in his career, he worked eight years for PwC in its consulting arm, and was a trainee at Deutsche Bank, where Jarosch kicked off his career.
At Prophet, Jarosch will work with organisations across Asia Pacific to build and scale new growth engines – accelerating organic growth, launching new ventures, reshaping go-to-market models, and leading enterprise transformation.
“We are thrilled to welcome Daniel to the leadership team,” said Alan Casey, Senior Partner and Asia Regional Lead at Prophet. “Daniel brings a rare synergy of consulting excellence and entrepreneurial drive to Prophet. His leadership in large-scale transformation will be essential as we help our Asia-Pacific clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution, driving the uncommon growth and sustainable impact required in today’s volatile landscape.”
Commenting on his move, Jarosch said: “What makes Prophet unique is its relentless focus on uncommon growth that shows up in numbers. It’s not about buzzwords – it’s about shaping strategy, leading change, speed to impact and applying AI to drive measurable business outcomes. That combination is rare, and even rarer to see executed consistently at scale.”
