Veda Praxis appoints Tri Listyowati as Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance
Veda Praxis, a Southeast Asian management consultancy firm, has appointed Tri Listyowati as Head of its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice.
The appointment follows her recent promotion to partner, which took effect in February this year. In her expanded role, Listyowati will lead the strategic direction of the firm’s Governance, Risk and Compliance practice, oversee client delivery and operations, and drive talent development within the team.
Listyowati has been with Veda Praxis since early 2024, when she rejoined the firm after a two-year spell at Tokopedia, where she led the company’s enterprise risk management capability. Earlier in her career, she also worked for RSM, among others.
She brings more than 15 years of experience across areas including risk management, internal audit, internal controls, financial accounting, and governance. Throughout her career, she has advised organisations across a range of industries on governance frameworks, risk management, compliance programmes, audit readiness, internal controls, and broader transformation initiatives.
Commenting on the appointment, Syahraki Syahrir CEO of Veda Praxis, said: “Tri has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, technical depth, and a strong commitment to client impact. She has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike through her ability to bring clarity and structure to high-stakes challenges. We are proud to see her step into this expanded leadership role.”
“I am honored to take on this expanded role at Veda Praxis,” said Listyowati. “Governance, risk, and compliance are becoming ever more critical to organizations operating in a fast-changing environment. I look forward to working closely with our team and clients to continue delivering practical, high-quality solutions grounded in strong standards and real business value.”
Headquartered in Indonesia, with further offices in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, Veda Praxis is one of Southeast Asia’s larger homegrown consulting firm. The company has around 300 consultants and staff.
