Veda Praxis, a management consultancy with offices across Southeast Asia, has entered into a strategic alliance with Ebbot, a Sweden-based company that helps businesses augment their support functions with generative AI.

The partnership brings together Veda Praxis’s expertise in digital transformation, AI implementation, risk and governance with Ebbot’s platform for automation and AI solutions. Together, they will support clients in adopting Ebbot’s platform at scale while safeguarding compliance, data sovereignty and operational resilience.

Founded in 2018, Ebbot offers a platform focused on service operations, particularly in areas such as customer service and internal help desks. Ebbot’s technology operates as an independent AI engine on top of existing systems, enabling its approximately 300 clients worldwide to deploy and scale AI agents across service channels.

As a preferred consulting and implementation partner, Veda Praxis will support its clients seeking to implement Ebbot’s solution with end-to-end support – from AI readiness assessments through to deployment and ongoing audit, aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 and local regulatory requirements.

“This alliance pairs Ebbot’s enterprise-grade agentic solutions with Veda Praxis’s governance, risk and compliance discipline, enabling organisations to scale real-world use cases without compromising regulatory expectations, data sovereignty or operational resilience,” said Syahraki Syahrir, CEO of Veda Praxis.

Marek Kosmowski, Chief International & Marketing Officer at the consultancy, added: “Together, we help organisations move from the very first strategic questions around artificial intelligence to measurable outcomes, with governance and cybersecurity embedded by design. This ensures that artificial intelligence can be deployed responsibly, scaled with confidence, and deliver value.”

High investments, but scaling remains elusive

The partnership comes at a time of surging interest in AI solutions. Recent research by McKinsey & Company found that 88% of organisations are using AI in at least one business function. However, the 2025 study also highlights a significant and ongoing gap between interest and implementation, with only one-third of organisations having scaled AI programmes across the enterprise.

Kosmowski said the trend is similarly visible in Southeast Asia, where “artificial intelligence is moving fast”. However, he emphasised that for adoption to be successful and sustainable, AI implementations must embed trust, security, accountability and auditability from the outset.

“Through our partnership with Veda Praxis, we enable organisations in Southeast Asia to move faster from strategy to impact by modernising service operations and applying AI to create measurable business value,” said Johan Ekberg, CEO of Ebbot.

Other consulting partners of Ebbot include Consid, Nexer Group and Focus Group. Veda Praxis is the company’s inaugural partner in the Southeast Asia market. The firm has around 300 staff across offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.
