PrimeGlobal posts record year as revenues rise 19% to $6.4 billion

PrimeGlobal has reported a year of record performance, delivering 19% revenue growth to reach $6.4 billion and significantly expanding its global footprint.

One of the world’s largest associations of independent accounting and advisory firms, PrimeGlobal has strengthened its position over the past year through a concerted international growth strategy.

The network expanded to 316 member firms, increasing its presence from 941 to 1,271 office locations – a 35% rise – while country coverage grew from 101 to 120 markets, representing a 19% increase. Total headcount across the network now exceeds 53,000 professionals.

This expansion forms part of PrimeGlobal’s long-term strategic plan to position the network among the leading professional services associations globally. PrimeGlobal supports its members across a broad range of services, including audit and assurance, tax, advisory, business consulting and cross-border client support.

Commenting on the results, Steve Heathcote, CEO of PrimeGlobal, said the year marked both a high point and a transition for the organisation. “This year represents not only a record of achievement, but a turning point. We have delivered ‘Strategy 2025’ with strong, measurable impact, and we are now poised for our next ambitious chapter.”

Looking ahead, Heathcote highlighted a continued focus on sustainability, technology advancement and enhanced support for member firms. He said PrimeGlobal would continue to invest in tools, insight and community to help firms thrive as the professional services landscape evolves at pace.

That next phase will be set out in 2026 with the launch of a new five-year roadmap: ‘Strategy to 2030: Ready for Business’. Reflecting on the close of the current strategy cycle, Heathcote added: “2025 marked a milestone year shaped by record-breaking growth, innovation in artificial intelligence adoption, strengthened governance and the successful completion of our five-year strategy. Now, we’re looking positively ahead to the next chapter.”
