NTT DATA and ServiceNow partner to drive AI-led enterprise transformation
NTT DATA has expanded its strategic partnership with ServiceNow, focused on adding a range of AI services and solutions into its offering for enterprises.
The expanded partnership builds on the long-standing collaboration between NTT DATA and ServiceNow and underscores their joint commitment to helping enterprises scale and operationalize AI within their operating models and business processes.
NTT DATA is a Japan-headquartered business and technology consulting company. The group has offices in more than 70 countries around the world. ServiceNow meanwhile is one of the world’s largest platforms for running business processes in IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), Customer Service management (CS), Human Resources (HR), security operations (SecOps), and Governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
As part of the multi-year initiative, NTT DATA will become a strategic AI delivery partner for ServiceNow across industries and global regions. The companies will collaborate to deploy AI-powered automation for customers in enterprise, commercial, and mid-market segments.
