Lockton appoints Arvind Usretay as Head of Human Capital Consulting in Asia

Global insurance and risk management services provider Lockton has appointed Arvind Usretay as Head of its Human Capital Consulting practice in Asia.

Arvind Usretay brings with him over 25 years of experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams across insurance and HR consulting firms in Asia.

Throughout his career, Arvind has held several leadership roles, including his most recent position at Mercer in Hong Kong, where he managed regional client partnerships.

Previously, as Commercial Leader for South Asia at Mercer, Usretay spearheaded significant growth and market expansion in the Indian market. He also led the Rewards practices at WTW and EY.

At Lockton, Usretay will lead the Human Capital Consulting practice, which offers solutions in the areas of human resources, talent, rewards, retirement and pension. Based in Hong Kong, he will be part of the Asia People Solutions Leadership Team and report to Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions for Asia.
