Yumemi joins Accenture Song’s business in Japan

Yumemi, a provider of digital services and products based in Japan, is becoming part of Accenture Song, the tech-powered creative group of Accenture.

Founded in 2000, Yumemi has since its inception designed and developed a variety of digital products for over 600 companies spanning multiple industries. The firm has around 400 professionals, including designers, engineers, and consultants.

The deal sees Yumemi join Accenture Song’s design and digital products practice, which helps clients design, develop and build products and services.

Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The deal continues a long run of Accenture acquisitions in Japan, including most recently Climb around a year ago.
