FTI Consulting adds Hitesh Tak to Corporate Finance & Restructuring team
FTI Consulting has appointed Hitesh Tak as a Senior Managing Director in its Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.
Based in Singapore, Hitesh Tak brings more than 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and performance improvement to the global consulting firm.
He joins from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he spent over 16 years and latterly served as a Managing Director & Partner. At the strategy consultancy, he built a track record of supporting public and private-sector organisations in Southeast Asia on topics including strategic planning and implementation, cost optimization, revenue enhancement and large-scale business transformation.
Tak has advised clients across a range of industries, such as diversified industrials, automotive, agri-commodities, mining, logistics, construction, and private equity.
At FTI Consulting, Tak will work closely with the firm’s clients in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. “Welcoming Hitesh to the team marks an exciting milestone for the continued expansion of our Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Southeast Asia,” said Martin Wong, a Senior Managing Director and Southeast Asia Head of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment at FTI Consulting.
