Global management consultancy Kearney has announced several key leadership appointments across Asia Pacific in 2025, as part of its ongoing leadership rotation governance.
“Leadership rotations are key to growing a stronger, more connected firm,” said Shigeru Sekinada, Region Chair of Asia Pacific at Kearney. “They bring fresh perspectives, build diverse leadership, and help us shape the next generation of leaders. By rotating our leadership, we align our talent to strategic priorities and foster a collaborative, purpose-driven culture.”
Hemanth Peyyeti, a Partner based in Singapore, has been appointed Co-Lead of the Operations and Performance practice in Asia Pacific. He has experience across various industries, with a focus on consumer goods.
Nori Hamaguchi, a Partner in Tokyo, will serve alongside Peyyeti as Co-Lead of the Operations and Performance practice in Asia Pacific. Hamaguchi specializes in operational, organizational and digital transformations across various functions, including supply chain and sales & marketing.
Anshuman Sengar, a Partner in Sydney, has been appointed as the Global Lead of Data & Artificial Intelligence, a key offering of the Digital and Analytics practice. His new appointment will see him taking on a dual role, in addition to his role as the APAC Lead of Digital and Analytics.

The PERLab unit helps companies accelerate growth by optimizing product and service portfolios, boosting innovation, and improving time-to-market and profitability through end-to-end product lifecycle strategies.
“With leaders like Hemanth, Nori, Anshuman, and Keat at the helm, I’m confident in our ability to drive meaningful impact for our clients and support their regenerative transformation across the region,” noted Sekinada.
