Boston Consulting Group promotes Ko Eun-kyung and Kim Jang-hyun
Global strategy consulting firm Boston Consulting Group has promoted Seoul-based Partners Ko Eun-kyung and Kim Jang-hyun to the position of Partner & Managing Director.
Ko Eun-kyung is an expert in the financial services industry, with a focus on the insurance segment. She has led numerous strategic projects for insurers, in areas such as the optimization of the financial structure, new business models, performance improvement, and the improvement of asset & liability management.
Kim Jang-hyun is an expert in technology, digital and artificial intelligence. He has successfully carried out several projects for major domestic companies, in areas such as digital strategy, IT cost management, system development and implementation, project management office for IT transformations, and digital innovation.
With the two appointments, Boston Consulting Group now has 19 Partners & Managing Directors in South Korea. They are equity owners in the consulting firm and have voting rights in key company decisions such as CEO selection and investments.

The Seoul office of Boston Consulting Group was founded in 1994 and today has approximately 350 employees.
