Rimkus appoints Steven Beaumont as Regional Director for Asia

Rimkus, a worldwide provider of engineering, technical and consulting services, has appointed Steven Beaumont as Regional Director of its Asia business.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Expert with over 25 years of experience, Steven Beaumont brings deep expertise in the infrastructure, energy, aviation, and industrial sectors to Rimkus.

Beaumont has led and worked on dozens of infrastructure and energy projects with a value of between $10 million up to $3 billion, across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. His expertise lies in commercial management and construction claims, including navigating complex contractual landscapes, and formulating entitlement strategies to recover losses in both quantum and time.

His background includes extensive work with FIDIC, EPC, NEC, and bespoke contracts, providing insights into quantum and delay matters.

As Regional Director for Asia, Beaumont will lead the strategic development and operational delivery of Rimkus’ consulting services across the region, which are led out of offices in Singapore and Malaysia. His remit will see him drive growth, oversee client delivery and engagement, lead teams, and ensure the regional team works with the standards of technical excellence.
