BCG promotes Alex Dolya to Global Leader of Procurement practice

Global consulting giant Boston Consulting Group has promoted Singapore-based partner Alex Dolya to Global Leader of its Procurement practice.

Alex Dolya is a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in the domains of procurement and supply chain. Since joining the strategy consulting firm in 2010, he has supported more than a hundred procurement and supply chain projects globally across variety of industries and sectors, including industrial goods, consumer and retail, energy and mining, transportation and infrastructure, telecom, private equity, and the public sector.

Dolya advises clients on topics such as supply chain resilience, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, competitive negotiations, digital procurement, operating model, and emerging technologies such as and AI and Gen AI. He also has extensive experience with procurement sustainability (including ESG, Scope 3, and human rights).

Over the past years, he has held several leadership roles at the firm, most recently serving as Asia-Pacific Leader of the Operations practice.

In his new role, he will lead Boston Consulting Group’s procurement teams worldwide, and oversee the collaboration with Inverto, BCG’s dedicated business to procurement and supply chain matters.
