FTI appoints Michael Cullen as Forensic and Litigation leader for Asia and Latin America

FTI Consulting has appointed Michael Cullen as the new leader of its Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice in Asia, a role he will combine with his leadership of the practice in Latin America.

Michael Cullen has more than 25 years of experience in cross-border disputes, investigations and crisis management. He helps clients investigate, understand and resolve numerous regulatory, operational, legal, political, social and reputational issues and challenges.

He has been with FTI Consulting since 2020, based out of the Bogota office. He was appointed a Senior Managing Director in 2023 and is in charge of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice across Latin America.

The latest appointment now sees Cullen also become Head of Forensic and Litigation Consulting for Asia, coinciding with his relocation to the Singapore office. The added remit will see him head up teams operating out of offices in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore.

Cullen’s arrival comes hot on the heels of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice boosting its senior team in Asia with new Senior Managing Directors Rosie Hawes and Andrew Macintosh.
