Kroll strengthens Investigations team in Asia Pacific with Maurice Burke

Global consulting firm Kroll has strengthened its investigations capability in Asia Pacific with Maurice Burke, who joins in the role of Managing Director.
Maurice Burke brings over 25 years of investigative experience in Asia, including experience with numerous high-stakes investigations in Southeast and South Asia.
He specialises in multi-jurisdictional disputes, regulatory investigations, fraud, corruption, and crisis management and has advised multinational corporations across a range of industries, supporting them with cases around financial crime, compliance breaches, and reputational risks.
Based out of Brisbane, Burke will work alongside Kroll teams in Australia, China, India, Japan and the ASEAN region.
Before joining Kroll, Burke was Asia Head of Investigations and Head of Litigation and Regulatory at global law firm DLA Piper, based out of Singapore. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Hogan Lovells and Herbert Smith Freehills, where he led dispute resolution and regulatory practices across Southeast Asia.
