Oliver Wyman appoints 5 new Partners and Executive Directors in Asia

Global strategy and management consulting firm Oliver Wyman has appointed 45 new Partners and Executive Directors worldwide effective January 1 2025, with five of the promoted cohort based in the firm’s Asian business.

Ajit Rochlani is part of the Insurance and Asset Management practice and works with clients across Asia on a range of distribution, growth, mergers & acquisitions, and digital-related topics. Based out of Singapore, he has been with Oliver Wyman since 2019 (when he joined from Boston Consulting Group) and has since then supported clients in over a dozen countries in the region.

Jerome Tan joined Oliver Wyman in 2015 straight out of university. He focuses on advising oil & gas clients in Southeast Asia on topics around commercial optimization, growth agendas, market risk management, and driving the energy transition. Tan is a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice and works out of Singapore.

Jonas Heckman started his career at Oliver Wyman in Germany in 2014, after which he transferred to Seoul in 2017. Four years ago, he joined the Singapore team. Heckman advises financial institutions on anti-financial crime, compliance and non-financial risk matters. He also advised global and regional banks on strategy, policy definition, cost benchmarking, and process automation.

Kirsty Hill joined Oliver Wyman in the London office twelve years ago as a member of its Talent team. Upon her move to Asia in 2017, she assumed the role of Head of Talent Management for Asia Pacific, and later on was appointed Director of Talent for the region, playing a key role in designing and shaping the firm’s talent value proposition and pipeline. Hill has been promoted to Executive Director level and is based in Hong Kong.

Sam Ridgeway joined Oliver Wyman in London in September 2011 directly from university. In 2019, he moved to Singapore. Ridgeway is an expert on topics around climate and sustainability – he spent the past few years helping banks to build their net zero plans, targets and strategies. Outside of his core focus, he focuses on topics including risk, stress testing, financial and capital planning, governance for Finance and Risk functions.
