Quantuma expands Restructuring practice in Hong Kong with Brian Wong
International advisory firm Quantuma has appointed Brian Wong as a director in its Asia Pacific division.
Operating out of Hong Kong, Brian Wong is a member of Quantuma’s Restructuring practice, which helps clients in financial distress with turnaround, financial restructuring, insolvency, debt advisory, and crisis management.
Wong’s experience spans all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring and advisory work. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, receivership, liquidation (court appointed and voluntary) and personal bankruptcy administrations. He has handled liquidations in various sectors including manufacturing, trading, entertainment and education.
He joins Quantuma from Alvarez & Marsal, where he was a director in the Restructuring practice, prior to which he held senior roles in the Restructuring divisions of Big Four firm Deloitte and mid-market player RSM.
During his career in consulting, Wong has been involved with numerous cross-border insolvency administrations covering different jurisdictions including China, Taiwan, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and the British Virgin Islands.
