Royston Tan leads Health & Benefits business of WTW in Asia Pacific

Global professional services firm WTW has appointed Royston Tan as its new Head of the Health & Benefits business in Asia Pacific.

Royston Tan makes the step up from his previous role, Head of the Health & Benefits business for Southeast Asia and India. He now assumes responsibility for the full Asia Pacific region, overseeing the practice across WTW’s 25+ offices.

Tan leads a service portfolio that includes offerings such as corporate healthcare, employee wellbeing, compensation & benefits, and employee risks. The practice provides advisory services, and also supports with the implementation and management of improvement programs.

Based in Singapore, Tan has been with WTW since 2017, during this time holding several roles within the Health & Benefits business. Earlier, he spent six years at rival Mercer, and worked in industry, mainly in the insurance sector.
