Oliver Wyman adds Dewi Dallaway to partnership in Hong Kong
Oliver Wyman has welcomed a new partner to its team in Hong Kong, with Dewi Dallaway becoming a member of the Digital practice.
In her role at Oliver Wyman, Dewi Dallaway leads the customer value proposition and digital venture capability across the Asia Pacific region.
Dallaway has over 15 years of experience in developing, designing, and launching new products, services, and experiences, as well as proposition design, customer journey development, and innovation strategy.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Dallaway was a partner at Deloitte Digital where she led the Customer Strategy & Applied Design practice for Hong Kong. Before that, she held positions with Ernst & Young, Macquarie Bank, Third Horizon Consulting, Market Gravity, and Monitor Deloitte.
Speaking of her expertise, she said: “Companies that embrace customer-first and design thinking will find themselves at the forefront of innovation. By prioritizing their customers’ needs, companies will gain a deep understanding of their target audience and the insight required to develop truly ground-breaking propositions.”
“Gone are the days when we built to acquire customers first and figure out monetization later. Clients expect a real financial impact from their investment. That’s why we need a clear strategy – not only for acquisition but also for how customers will engage with the platform meaningfully over time,” Dallaway added.
Dallaway holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Services. She is certified in Agile, Lean and Six-Sigma approaches.
