Supply chain consultancy TMX names Tom Fitz-Walter Asia leader

International supply chain consultancy TMX has promoted Tom Fitz-Walter to Managing Director of its Asian business.

“Tom is a global supply chain leader, bringing more than 15 years of expertise to Asia – a market representing extreme opportunity for TMX,” said Travis Erridge, CEO of TMX. “His rich experience will elevate supply chain solutions for our clients and across some of Asia’s fastest growing sectors, including retail, agribusiness, eCommerce, fashion, food and beverage, and more.”

Fitz-Walter has been with TMXsince 2016, working from the firm’s offices in Australia.

During his time at TMX, he has led projects for global organisations, including Coles Group, Marks & Spencer, L’Oreal, Lotus’s and Mondelez. Fitz-Walter specialises in supply chain strategy, network optimisation, online fulfilment strategies, automation, and warehouse design.

Led from its base in Singapore, TMX has the ambition to expand its presence in the Asian market. “I am excited to continue driving growth in the region,” said Fitz-Walter.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Asia, Fitz-Walter was Global Executive Director for Supply Chain at TMX. Prior to joining the consulting firm, he worked as a senior consultant in supply chain with Argon & Co and spent his early career with Kuehne & Nagel.

Founded in 2010, TMX has a team of around 300 consultants and staff in Asia Pacific. The firm also has an office in the United Kingdom.
