Alvarez & Marsal appoints Alessandro Gazzini as Indonesia leader

Global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has installed Alessandro Gazzini as the new Country Head of its Indonesia business.

Based in Jakarta, Alessandro Gazzini has more than 25 years of experience, nearly all of which he gained in the consulting industry. He specialises in corporate strategy, growth and new business, organization and cost transformation, digital enablement, risk and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Gazzini spent a decade with Kearney in Jakarta, where he served as partner and chairman for the Indonesia office. He has also spent a combined 14+ years with Booz & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, with stints in Rome, Abu Dhabi and Jakarta. He began his career in Jakarta.

In his new role, Gazzini has been tasked with further growing Alvarez & Marsal’s local business. He will also play a role in building out the firm’s Southeast Asia Australia (SEAA) business unit, which launched in the summer of 2022.
