CCi appoints Sezgin Ozbilgin as director in Asia business
Capital Consulting International (CCi) has welcomed Sezgin Ozbilgin to the senior team of its Asia business unit.
Appointed a Director and Head of Delay Expert Services for Asia, Sezgin Ozbilgin brings 17 years of experience in the construction industry to the global consulting firm. He is based in Singapore.
Ozbilgin is an award-winning testifying delay expert witness having serviced project owners, main contractors, and subcontractors in relation to mediation, arbitration and litigation matters across both public and private sectors.
His expertise lies in on-site practice, specialising in implementing various project control techniques to ensure effective change management on large-scale construction projects as well as preparation and management of multiple schedules for simultaneous projects.
He joins CCi from counterpart Secretariat, where he spent around a decade, latterly as a director in Singapore.
In his new role at CCi, Ozbilgin will focus on the expansion the firm’s client base across Asia with a particular focus on delay expert services.
