Kroll names Graham McNeill as global leader of Expert Services arm
Global consulting firm Kroll has appointed Hong Kong based Graham McNeill as the global leader of its Expert Services practice.
With over 6,500 professionals worldwide, Kroll is one of the world’s larger management consulting firms. The firm’s Expert Services practice provides independent expert analysis, testimony, advice and investigations to clients seeing dispute resolution services.
Now leading the practice worldwide (Kroll has 60+ offices across all corners of the globe) is Graham McNeill, who brings more than 25 years of experience in seeing dispute resolution and litigation to the firm.
McNeill joins Kroll externally from counterpart FTI Consulting, where he spent the past twelve years in its Asian and Australian wings. He has broad experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, dispute resolution and litigation support, and specialises in the preparation, defense, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims.
Earlier in his career, McNeill was a partner at EC Harris, which was acquired by engineering group Arcadis in 2011.
“We are thrilled to have Graham join Koll at such a pivotal time for our business. His expertise will support the growing needs of a sector, which like many, has undergone significant challenges in recent years and which Kroll is committed to expanding so that it is well positioned to serve,” said Giles Derry, President of Kroll’s Governance & Risk Advisory wing.
“Our entire team will benefit from Graham’s 25-plus years of working in the region and across international borders as well as from his knowledge in expert witness services, forensic support, dispute resolutions and contractual topics.”
Commenting on his new challenge, McNeill said: “I am delighted to be joining Kroll. Our multi-disciplinary team brings together internationally recognised experts in disputes across disciplines, industries and jurisdictions to provide clients with the best possible outcomes. I have in the past had the pleasure of working with a number of Kroll’s experts and look forward to helping the firm and its clients to continue to develop.”
