Finn Partners promotes Safina Samian to senior partner
Singapore-based communications consultancy Finn Partners has promoted Safina Samian to senior partner.
The head the firm’s Integrated Marketing Communications practice, Samian oversees a team of around 45 communications consultants working for clients across sectors, such as technology, finance, healthcare, and energy.
“Our Integrated Marketing Communications practice has grown leaps and bounds over the last two years, and Safina has played such a pivotal role in driving this forward,” said Naeema Ismail, Managing Partner at Finn Partners. “Her promotion is thoroughly deserved, and I am confident that under her leadership, the practice will continue to evolve.”
Samian has been with Finn Partners for close to five years, and during this period she already was a member of the senior management team.
She has two decades of experience in the world of communications, gained both in-house and at agencies. “My work spans the full communications discipline, including crafting and executing media/stakeholder strategies, facilitating executive and internal communications and orchestrating local and regional campaigns,” Samian said.
“I am excited to see where 2023 will take us, especially with such a talented and dedicated team of consultants as colleagues.”
The appointment comes within a month of Finn Partners relocating its Singapore base (its Asia headquarters) to a new office in the Air View Building, which hosts the teams of both Finn Partners and 2022 acquisition SPAG.
Globally, New York headquartered Finn Partners has over 30 offices.
