Baker Tilly buys KLC Corporate Advisory and Recovery in Hong Kong
Baker Tilly has bolstered its presence in Hong Honk with the acquisition of KLC Corporate Advisoryand Recovery, a boutique accountancy and consultancy firm with around 40 staff.
Established in 1985, KLC Corporate Advisory and Recovery provides a range of financial advisoryservices to listed companies and mid-sized businesses across Hong Kong, as well as Greater China.
“Our services include advisory services for corporate recovery and insolvency, turnaround andcorporate restructuring; listed company assurance and due diligence; taxation; corporate finance services for IPO, mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and investment advisory; fraud investigation and dispute services such as litigation support and forensic accounting,” explained Kennic Lui, Senior Managing Director at KLC Corporate Advisory and Recovery.
