Oliver Wyman appoints seven new partners in Singapore and Tokyo
Global strategy and management consulting firm Oliver Wyman has appointed a record number of new partners worldwide in its 2022 year-end promotion round, including seven in its Singapore and Tokyo offices. A round-up of the new equity leaders and their background.
Nidhi Agarwal joined Oliver Wyman’s Mumbai office in 2015 before relocating to Singapore earlier this year. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Nidhi worked with Deloitte in India.
Over the last two years, she helped build out the Climate and Sustainability practice in Asia Pacific along with her fellow planeteers. Nidhi has worked across finance & risk topics, specializing in credit risk modelling and climate risk.
Tanuj Bhojwani joined the Oliver Wyman London office in 2012, straight after he completed his engineering degree. As a member of the Private Capital team, Tanuj spends most of his time advising investors in the financial services and fintech spaces, with a particular focus on payments.
He moved to the Singapore office in 2019 to help drive the growth of the Private Capital practice in the region.
Juin Keek joined the Oliver Wyman San Francisco office in 2013 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. Having grown up in Southeast Asia, she relocated to Singapore in 2020.
Since then, Juin has been busy designing, building, and operationalizing digital banks in the region. Juin also leads Oliver Wyman’s Payments platform in Asia Pacific where she has designed and implemented domestic payments rails and cards.
Wen Jie Mok has been with the global consulting firm since 2016. She holds an MBA with INSEAD and prior to Oliver Wyman, spent 5+ years as a corporate banker in an Asian bank.
She specializes in transaction banking, and covers regional and local banks in Southeast Asia across topics such as sales effectiveness, RAROC optimization, ecosystem propositions, decarbonization strategies etc.
Anosh Pardiwalla joined Oliver Wyman in 2017 in Singapore after four years at Big Four firm Deloitte. His focus over the last 10 years has been on digital transformation and designing and launching new digital products and businesses for financial services companies.
Anosh has been actively involved in the build and launch of a number of digital banks, payment companies, and insurers in the Southeast Asia region.
Prakhar Sureka joined Oliver Wyman in Mumbai in 2016 as a lateral hire from Boston Consulting Group (having previously also served EY), and then joined the Singapore office in 2019.
He specializes in two areas: the application of data science in financial services, and working with consumer-facing financial services clients on transformation, value creation and growth topics.
Yasuyuki Sekioka joined Oliver Wyman in Tokyo in 2021 after more than 30 years of experience as an industry practitioner at Tokio Marine, an insurance group in Japan, where he served in various senior management roles including Chief Financial & Investment Officer. At the consultancy, he focuses on both the life and general insurance segments.
