BrazilAnir Bhattacharyya and Yuichiro Mitsutomi join AlixPartners
Global management consulting firm AlixPartners has strengthened its team in Asia with Anir Bhattacharyya and Yuichiro Mitsutomi.
Based in the firm’s Hong Kong and Tokyo offices, the duo both join from Deloitte where they led a multidisciplinary team focused on risk management services.
At AlixPartners, Bhattacharyya and Mitsutomi will jointly lead the Integrated Risk Management practice in Asia. This practice brings together risk and regulatory expertise with data analytics and behavioural science to provide clients with an integrated offering.
Their track record includes partnering with banks and insurers, as well as financial regulators in the Asia-Pacific region on large-scale risk transformation programs, and initiatives on compliance and risk culture. Most recently at Deloitte, the duo collaborated with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the local banking community to advance a human-centric approach to the digitalisation of the region’s fight against financial crime.
