Arthur D. Little promotes Mitsuhiro Henry Umebayashi to partner
Global management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has promoted Singapore-based company member Mitsuhiro Henry Umebayashi to partner.
Part of a global promotion round of nine new partners (of which five are based in Europe and two in the Middle East), Mitsuhiro Henry Umebayashi is the sole member to add to the partnerships ranks in Asia.
A member of Arthur D. Little’s Strategy & Organization practice, Umebayashi has over a decade of experience working as a strategy consultant, and leads the Strategy & Organization practice in South-East Asia.
In his work with clients, his main focus is advising on and supporting business transformation and growth acceleration arising from management challenges such as sustainability, globalization, and digitalization. His track record spans multiple industries, including consumer goods, energy & utilities, infrastructure, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little early 2020, Umebayashi worked at Deloitte Consulting for five years, latterly as the head of its Monitor Deloitte arm in the Philippines, and over three years at Kearney. Before his entry into consulting, he worked for a leading general insurance company for five years.
Arthur D. Little – the world’s oldest management consultancy on record – launched its Singapore office in 2014. Today, the consultancy has a team of around 25 consultants and staff in the country.
Globally, Arthur D. Little has over 100 partners and 1,300 consultants working from some 40 offices worldwide. The firm is led by Ignacio Garcia Alves, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
